YIN & TONIC
CLEANSING | RESTORATION | PEACE
The essential class to unwind both body and mind. These classes have been arranged to leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Yin, NLP and Yoga Nidra techniques may be experienced in these classes, to bring you to your natural state of bliss and relaxation. Perfect for all levels and abilities, athletes and the busy minded!

Our teachers own vinyasa flow based sequence – allowing practitioners to experience an array of poses, balances and teaching styles.
A challenging but accessible class for all levels – promoting strength, focus and a wider range of flexibility through the synchronisation of breath with movement.
HARMONY | ACCEPTANCE | TRUTH
The Yoga Rocks sequence – A universal class for all! The sequence is specifically designed to activate all areas of the body; rounding off with a deep relaxation for the mind. Postures, which can be modified to fit a range of needs and degree’s of challenge, have been hand-picked for this set sequence. Practice this class with freedom and in an non-judgmental environment – the Yoga Rocks way.
ROOTING l GROUNDING l CONNECTION
Going back to the roots of the ancient yogic tradition, this class caters for ALL levels. Work out your muscles, tendons, joints organs and glands whilst oxygenating from head to toe. Hatha is a time tested system of physical movement, breathing and meditative practices – designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve postures.
STRENGTH | ENERGY | STABILITY
Our hot and warm Pilates classes utilise movement and resistance to tone and strengthen the body – fostering a greater range of movement, alignment, core stability and focus. Breath is incorporated to deepen the practice and reinforce the mind-body relationship.
The slow flow yoga class combines breath with a slower, mindful movement – seeking to help you find the space between poses whilst maintaining a gentle rhythmic flow. Slow flow allows for a greater amount for adjustments and alignment cues – Perfect for those looking to hone their technique and learn the fundamentals.
Suitable for all levels.
PRE AND POST-NATAL YOGA
Suitable for all experience levels. This pre and post-natal yoga class is recommended for anyone after their first trimester right through to the end of pregnancy and for a few months after giving birth. For post-natal yogis, you need to allow 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 10-12 weeks following a c-section or 3rd and 4th degree tears and stitches. Yoga can help increase the strength, endurance and flexibility of muscles needed during childbirth and aid their recovery after childbirth and help to re-build core strength. It can also help decrease nausea, headaches, lower back pain, shortness of breath and aid sleep and reduce anxiety and stress. On top of all that, these classes are a great way to connect with your unborn baby and to meet other mums to be and new mums.
This class is on every Tuesday from 11.15am-12.30pm.
