YIN & TONIC
CLEANSING | RESTORATION | PEACE
The essential class to unwind and release tension in both body and mind. These classes have been designed to leave you feeling refreshed, revived and relaxed. Yin, NLP and Yoga Nidra techniques may be experienced in these classes, to bring you to your natural state of bliss and relaxation. Perfect for all levels and abilities and especially recommended for athletes and the busy minded!

Our teachers own vinyasa flow based sequence – allowing practitioners to experience an array of poses, balances and teaching styles.
A challenging but accessible class for all levels – promoting strength, focus and a wider range of flexibility through the synchronisation of breath with movement.
YOGA ROCKS SEQUENCE

The Yoga Rocks Set Sequence is a universal class for all! The sequence is specifically designed to activate all areas of the body; rounding off with a deep relaxation for the mind. Postures, which can be modified to fit a range of needs and degree’s of challenge, have been hand-picked for this set sequence. Practice this class with freedom and in an non-judgmental environment, the Yoga Rocks way.
ROOTING l GROUNDING l CONNECTION
Going back to the roots of the ancient yogic tradition, this class caters for all levels. Work out your muscles, tendons, joints organs and glands whilst oxygenating from head to toe. Hatha is a time tested system of physical movement, breathing and meditative practices, where asanas are held for longer – designed to increase stability, flexibility, strengthen muscles connective tissue and to improve postures and quieten the mind.
STRENGTH | ENERGY | STABILITY
Our core based hot and warm Pilates classes utilise movement and resistance to tone and strengthen the body – fostering a greater range of movement, alignment, core stability and focus. Breath is incorporated to deepen the practice and reinforce the mind-body relationship. This class is suitable for all levels and adaptations will be offered for all experience levels.
STABILITY | FOCUS | CALM
The slow flow yoga class combines breath with a slower, mindful movement – seeking to help you find the space between poses whilst maintaining a gentle rhythmic flow and increasing flexibility and strength in stabilising muscles and connective tissue. Slow flow allows for a greater amount of time for adjustments and alignment cues – Perfect for those looking to hone their technique and learn the fundamentals.
Suitable for all levels.
HEALING | COMPASSION | INSIGHT
This class is centred around body & breath awareness, incorporating foundational yoga poses, with a slow pace and gentle approach to soothe achy hips, backs and shoulders.
There will be lots of options to make the class as physically accessible as possible and space to explore how yoga feels in the body.
Great for both beginners and people with more experience, to refine and reconnect with simplicity, in breath-led movement.
HEALING SOUND BATH WORKSHOP BLUE TOPAZ
JOY I LOVE GOOD HEALTH
This is not your run of the mill relaxing sound bath. In this workshop, Antonio will use his many years of experience and his expertise gained from qualifying in the only Sound Bath course accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association and Federation of Holistic Therapies, to take you through a meditative and healing practice. Antonio will use vibro and psycho-acoustic techniques, with specialised instruments and his own incredible voice, which will create an open channel of interaction with the physical plane and energy levels of the participants, who will experience a deep state of relaxation, whilst receiving the benefits of sound vibrations. These vibrations work and stimulate not only the physical body, but also the mental state, thoughts, emotions, feelings and spiritual being, setting an intention to achieve grounding, acceptance and gratitude.
RESTORE & VIBRATE WORKSHOP
ENERGISING | GROUNDING | BALANCE
In this 2 hour monthly workshop, Lisa will guide us through flowing yang body movements to shake the energy and clear the pathways to release them for joyful breath.
Then sumptuous long yin stretches and focused nourishing pranayama, to settle the mind and body and bring forth all our inner learnings.
Ending with a releasing meditation to ground and earth and the joyful resonance of sound bath vibrations to heal and replenish.
