From Wednesday 2nd December, we’re reinstating our pre-lockdown schedule and studio classes will be running again! Spaces are limited to 14 in order to comply with Covid safety guidelines, so please make sure you book in plenty of time!

We’re still offering two weekly online classes, our freeflow class at 11.15am on Saturdays and Mother and Baby yoga class at 10.30am on Wednesdays.  Online classes  take place using Zoom.  (http://www.zoom.us). Please download the free app and register for your class at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.  You can book your class in the same way, via our website by selecting the class you wish to book on our timetable, or through your MindBody app. 

Our priority is to to offer a timetable which fits in with our yogi’s lifestyles, therefore, our timetable is subject to change, in response to our community’s feedback. Please pre-book your classes, as classes with no bookings may be cancelled. If a class has been cancelled, this will be reflected on our timetable.
